Disclosure-dependent support reaches almost nobody.

Most organisations already have adjustment routes and willing managers. But the route to support is blocked by a conversation many people will never choose to have, and practice is left to goodwill.

01

Disclosure is the toll gate

Most support begins with a disclosure. The very people the support was built for are those least likely to reach it, and the route stays quiet.

02

Practice is improvised

Managers and recruiters want to get it right but are left guessing. Good intent without guided practice gives different answers on different days.

03

Adjustments arrive late, then stall

Support which does land is often slow, generic, and rarely reviewed. Very few people find an adjustment that actually works for them.

What delivers it

Support for neurodivergent employees, at every scale

Confidence spreads across the whole organisation. The system designs it in for each person, every manager and recruiter, and within the environment itself.

For each person

Adjustments you own

The Adjustment Discovery Tool finds what works: support each person holds to keep private, self-manage, request or share. Support starts without a diagnosis.

A common question

How do workplace policies become genuine neuroinclusion?

Most workplace policies already promise the right things. The gap is between the promise and what people actually experience, and updating the wording does not close it. The Bridge closes it by designing support in, so policy stops being the route to help. The inclusive practice assessment and the recruitment process assessment turn written intent into assessed practice, showing each manager and each hiring team where practice is strong and what to focus on next. And because adjustments run without a disclosure step, discovered, held and managed by the person themselves, the policy's promise reaches the people it was written for, including everyone who would never have started the conversation. Genuine neuroinclusion is when the policy describes what already happens.

Privacy is in the architecture. Support never needs a disclosure, reaches those who would never ask, and works for everyone else too.
