Pay for 20%, support everyone. The same model whether you're supporting twenty people or five hundred thousand, and it stays with you at renewal.

Your subscription provides access for 100% of employees for your full Subscription Term. Nobody is turned away when the twenty-first person in a hundred needs support.

How do I know how many licences we need?
Just enter your current employee headcount and the calculator will size your plan automatically: you pay for 20% of your headcount and 100% of your team gets access.
What if we already have an inclusion platform?
That's fine. NeuroBridge is a specialist neurodiversity layer that sits neatly alongside what you already use. Keep the tools that work; use NeuroBridge to support neurodivergent colleagues and to equip managers and teams with practical guidance. If you'd like to connect sign-in or provisioning, we'll scope the sensible approach with you.
What if our headcount changes during the year?
No problem. Your plan is reviewed at renewal so it stays aligned to your current headcount. We'll account for new starters and leavers as part of that review, using anonymity-first, aggregated data. If you grow materially mid-term and need additional access, we'll help you adjust fairly, no surprises.
Is this suitable for global teams?
Yes. NeuroBridge scales across regions, time zones and entities. Content is designed to be clear, culturally aware, not tied to one form of legislation, and deployment can follow your structure, single or multi-entity. If you need additional language coverage, we've got you covered too.
Will our usage be limited to the 20% later on?
No. 20% is the pricing logic, not a usage cap. Your subscription provides access for 100% of employees for your full Subscription Term, and you'll keep that model at renewal unless you decide to cancel. We exist to make a difference. Built by neurodivergent individuals, for everyone.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. You can buy bolt-ons if you need expert consultancy over and above The Bridge platform, but full access is standard, as it should be.
