Chris is a Partner at NeuroBridge and a dedicated coach specialising in supporting neurodivergent individuals to thrive in the workplace. With lived experience of ADHD, Chris brings a deeply personal understanding to the challenges and strengths of neurodivergence.

Having previously worked within the NHS, Chris has first-hand insight into the pressures people face in high-demand environments and the critical need for neuroinclusive approaches. Passionate about breaking down stigma, Chris now works closely with organisations to equip managers with the awareness, empathy, and tools to create psychologically safe, supportive spaces for all employees.
