Having previously worked within the NHS, Chris has first-hand insight into the pressures people face in high-demand environments and the critical need for neuroinclusive approaches. Passionate about breaking down stigma, Chris now works closely with organisations to equip managers with the awareness, empathy, and tools to create psychologically safe, supportive spaces for all employees.
