About NeuroBridge®
Experts in Neurodiversity
Architects of Inclusive Workplaces
Awareness is rising, but systems haven’t caught up. We’re here to change that, with neurodiversity expert led strategy, infrastructure, and tools for sustainable inclusion.
Proud to Work with Innovation Leaders
Our Origins.
Built By and For Different Ways of Thinking
At NeuroBridge®, we believe inclusion is so much more than a tick-box exercise, it’s a transformation. One requiring empathy, evidence, and infrastructure – built to empower every individual be at their best, all the time.
Our founder, Josh Goodison, is a neurodivergent leader with lived experience navigating systems misaligned to his mind. Following his own late diagnoses, it soon became clear he was far from alone – there are entire communities of brilliant minds grappling with the very same barriers.
What started as a personal journey for Josh, quickly became a shared mission: building a team of neurodiversity experts with diverse perspectives, united by the drive to reshape workplaces from the inside out, and the knowledge of how impactful “getting it right” can truly be. Our mission is simple:
To bridge the gap between becoming aware of different ways of thinking – and actually building the systems, cultures and capabilities that support them.
This gap that didn’t emerge from bad intentions. It’s the result of outdated systems designed around a narrow definition of ‘normal’, often unintentionally. As organisations start to recognise the value of diversity in thought, rising awareness quickly outpaces their ability to respond – that’s where real risks, and opportunities, exist.
NeuroBridge® closes this gap with empathy, evidence, and infrastructure. We ensure awareness becomes action, and inclusion becomes more than a policy or webinar – it becomes the standard.
Our Purpose.
To Help Organisations Create Conditions In Which Every Mind Is Recognised, Supported, and Able to Thrive.
We’re here because awareness alone isn’t enough. True inclusion means redesigning systems, and reshaping environments, so neurodivergent individuals aren’t just accommodated, but valued, empowered, and enabled to succeed.
Why We're Different.
We don’t just raise awareness, we optimise systems.
Where others stop at training, coaching or diagnostics, we see the bigger picture and go further. As neurodiversity experts, we help organisations embed neuroinclusion through culture, process, structure, and tech.
Built on lived experience, powered by behavioural science.
Our solutions are created by neurodivergent individuals, expert managers, PhD neuroscientists, and grounded in frameworks to deliver measurable, sustainable impact.
Designed to scale, without sacrificing humanity.
Trusted by Global Leaders.
From FTSE 100 firms to public sector institutions to charitable organisations, our clients choose us as their neurodiversity experts because we make inclusion operational, not optional, and it’s reflected in everything we do.

A Note From Josh, Our Founder.
“NeuroBridge was born from a gap I’d felt my entire life – though for years, I couldn’t quite put my finger on it.
I know the pain of being overlooked, underestimated, and expected to fit a mould I didn’t design – to be a square peg facing round holes. From the familiar, well-meaning refrains of “if only Josh could apply himself” when I was young, to the quiet daily battles where things which seemed easy for others, felt more like survival than success for me.
I carried a constant, unspoken weight.
But I also deeply believed that I could bring value, that I should HAVE value. If I understood how I needed to approach things. If the systems around me flexed even just a little. What if difference wasn’t something to be fixed… but something to be understood?
NeuroBridge® began as my story. But it quickly became a shared one.
Not just internally, where our phenomenal team of diverse thinkers show up every day to help people like themselves – but with every organisation we work with.
Because neurodiversity isn’t just about “conditions” or labels. It’s true that it’s a part of divergence, but at it’s core, It’s about all the different ways we all think, feel, and process the world, including those who consider themselves “neurotypical”. This work is bigger than diagnosis. It’s about designing systems which don’t simply tolerate difference, but thrive because of it.
We’re not here to tweak the margins. We’re here to build something better."
